Physician Group of Utah has several orthopedic clinics along the Wasatch Front. The campaign was rolled out in four phases of online ads with the goal to get more patients at all of the clinics. Versions of the display ads were animated in Flash (RIP).

Part of the campaign was giving a free t-shirt to patients who made an appointment.
